"Racing teaches us to challenge ourselves. It teaches us to push beyond where we thought we could go. It helps us to find out what we are made of. This is what we do. This is what it's all about."

2011 Larry Noel 15K Race

Sunday afternoon, as a tradition for the Labor Day Weekend, it's time for the Larry Noel 15K.
The course is very challenging, constant ups and downs, stretches north of Greenbelt (MD) through the USDA Henry A. Wallace Beltsville Agricultural Research Center.

Here the T-shape course map.

The warm and humid climate has made the race much more tougher, and the results (posted here) were most definitively affected by that.

The awards covered the final top 3 overall finishers, the first Master and the top 3 in each 10-year age group.
